Welcome to Judu, a mobile application designed to assist users with managing and running errands efficiently. By accessing or using Judu, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use this application.
Judu is provided by Andrey Mramornov (referred as provider further), an individual residing in Czechia and complies with all applicable laws and regulations within the European Union (EU), including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The app may connect users with independent contractors or service providers who offer to complete various tasks. The app itself does not directly perform the services but acts as an intermediary.
5. Payment and Fees
Judu does not provide financial transactions between parties, and no fees are listed at the moment.

We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. By using Judu, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

In no event will the provider be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of profits, data, or use.
9. Termination and Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your access to Judu at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in illegal or unethical behavior. You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions in the app.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Czechia and EU, and any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Czechia and EU. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
11. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, or telecommunications failures.
