We’re sorry to see you go. If you wish to delete your account, you can initiate the process directly from the mobile application. Please ensure that all of your existing tasks are in a closed state before proceeding with deletion.
Steps to Delete Your Account:
- Open the mobile application and navigate to the Profile section.
- Click on the Delete Profile button.
- Confirm your decision to proceed with the deletion.
Note that you can initiate deletion only when all of your tasks are in “Closed” state. In case you are unable to do so, please reach out to info@judu.cz for manual account deletion.
Please note that your user data will be deleted in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This includes the removal of your personal information, tasks, chats, and any uploaded media.
Data Deletion Timeline:
- Your personal data will be removed within 30 days of initiating the account deletion request.
- All tasks created by you, chats, uploaded images and documents, text of reviews will be removed within 30 days of initiating the account deletion request.
Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. If you change your mind, please reach out to our support team at info@judu.cz before the process is complete.
